This project focused on expanding both the living utility and specialized workspace of the home. We added approximately 773 square feet to the main structure, headlined by a spacious new primary suite featuring a custom-organized walk-in closet and a high-capacity laundry room designed with abundant storage and a dedicated utility sink. To complement the interior expansion, we constructed a 528-square-foot detached garage. Engineered with versatility in mind, the garage was specifically built with the height and structural requirements to accommodate a professional car lift, providing a functional, high-quality solution for the homeowner’s needs.
