We started buying properties and turning them into rental homes in 2006. Some of these properties required remodeling to bring them up to rental property condition. We managed all these remodels ourselves. 

 

From there our business evolved into building custom homes to sell as investments. After completion of our investment properties and home builds, clients began asking us to work with them to build their own dream homes.  One of our sub-contractor employees even asked us to build a second floor addition and ADU onto their home.  Our company then decided to include building for clients---clients that are looking for a builder they can trust, at an affordable price.

 

As one of our clients said to us right before signing our building contract, “We’re entrusting our life savings in your hands.”  We understand this, and that’s why we don’t consider building your home just as another project.  We view it as an honor that our clients chose us to be part of building their dream home.
