For this project, an improper build in a section of the original house required us to demolish that area. In its place, we built a 429-square-foot addition that introduces a brand-new primary suite, a dedicated laundry room, and an expanded kitchen. To ensure the entire residence felt cohesive and renewed, the remainder of the home underwent a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation, including a new roof, updated siding, fresh paint (interior and exterior), new trim, a new heat pump system, and refined flooring finishes throughout.
