This project involved removing a partial 2nd floor from the original house and adding a full size second and a third  floor with an office and a rooftop deck. The total square footage of the 2nd floor addition is 955 square feet featuring three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. Each bedroom offers beautiful views of Green Lake. With the laundry room now on the 2nd floor, there’s no longer need to go into the basement to do the laundry. The third floor now includes an office and a 500 square foot rooftop deck with a spectacular view of Green Lake, making the rooftop deck a wonderful place to enjoy private outdoor living on sunny days in Seattle, Washington.
