This home started with 2,340 square feet with a partial 2nd floor.  The owner wanted more space and with a full size 2nd floor.  The project consisted of removing all of the partial 2nd floor and roof.  

 

When the addition is complete, this home will have 2500 square feet with a complete full size 2nd floor and a penthouse and a rooftop deck with a spectacular view of Green Lake.  This addition will allow the homeowner to enjoy a view of Green Lake and have a better outdoor living space.
