We began in March of 2021, our Capitol Hill project, which consists of renovating an 873 square foot home by adding on a 2nd floor and an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).  Once completed, this home will have 2,050 square feet, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.  The ADU could be used as a family/friend guest suite or an Air B&B rental income suite.

 

Building during a pandemic can be a bit of a challenge, due to supply shortages and staffing issues. However despite these challenges, we have kept our project moving forward to meet our completion date goal for our client.
