This Bellevue expansion project involved removing the original second floor and increasing the square footage of the house by bumping out three sides and raising the ceiling height from 8 feet to 10 feet. Additionally, the carport was removed and replaced with a one-car garage. The total square footage of the house, including the garage, is now 3,665 square feet. The entire first floor was renovated, and two original bathrooms were completely remodeled. The result is essentially a brand new house.

 

With the open concepts for the kitchen, dining room, and living room, the house now feels very spacious and open, with lots of natural light.
